Dr Frank Huang is a Taiwan-born Australian who came to Australia with his parents when he was 11 years old. He had attended primary school, high school and university in Australia. He is an Adelaide graduate with more than 23 years of outside-school private practice experience. He has two bachelor's degrees in dentistry, honour degrees in bachelor of dental surgery, and a bachelor's in dental science. He has done all his dental degrees in Australia. ​

He founded Master Dental in 1999 and has been working in Dee Why for over 22 years. 

 

He is a dentist who aims to provide high-quality dental work. He will provide you with quality assurance. He is conservative and meticulous in his treatment. He does general check-ups, teeth cleaning, fillings, crowns, bridge, dentures, tooth removal, wisdom tooth removal, gum treatment, braces and implant therapy.

He has passed the exam with Honours for the Fellowship of the International College for Orthodontics. He is the dentist to see for your dental implant, braces, and porcelain dental crowns/ bridges. He is an advanced POS orthodontic graduate and a Master's level Fastbraces provider.

He has done a detailed research thesis on the Gow-Gate anaesthetic technique under the strict supervision of Professor Townsend and Professor Goss. He has current, up-to-date certificates for operating digital root canal therapy machines and implants (Ankylos, Biohorizon Laserlok, Osstem, Imtec, MDI, MDL, MILO, Endure Implants). He stays on the cutting edge of his profession by attending hundreds of hours of local and international courses on cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, surgical grafting, oral surgery micro-dentistry and all modern general dental techniques. He is an accredited and certified ASID, and ICOI implantologist.

He is passionate about complex periodontal surgery, vertical and horizontal hard tissue and soft tissue regeneration, and total mouth rehabilitation. He will try his ultimate best to achieve the best result. As part of the general oral rehabilitation, Dr Frank Huang has had extensive training in dental braces for kids and adults, including complex orthodontic treatments involving skeletal anchorages.

In late 2021, Dr Frank Huang graduated in Law from the University of New England. In Late 2022, the NSW Supreme Court admitted him as a solicitor. In early January 2023, he finally honourably obtained the legal practice certificate. Because of this extra qualification, Dr Frank Huang understands that he has an extra burden to ensure high-quality care.

He is bilingual (English and Mandarin). He loves playing golf, bushwalking, scuba diving, reading books and playing the violin at his leisure.
